Terms & Conditions
1. Rate & Billing Structure
You are booking PC Spark remote support at USD $199.00 per hour.
First hour is prepaid and non-refundable once the scheduled start-time arrives.
If the session exceeds 60 minutes, another full $199 hour is charged immediately.
Any unused minutes from that second (or later) hour remain on credit for your next call and expire after 1 year.
2. Payment Authorization
By clicking “Confirm & Pay” you authorize PC Spark (and its processor) to charge your card for:
the first hour now, and
each additional $199 hour as soon as the overage occurs.
Charges are processed under “PC Spark, Bremerton WA.”
3. No-Show & Late Policy
Arriving 10 minutes late or more counts as a no-show; the prepaid hour is forfeited.
Rescheduling within 12 hours of start-time is treated as a new booking and requires a new payment.
4. Best-Effort Service—No Guaranteed Fix
We follow industry-standard diagnostics but cannot guarantee resolution.
You acknowledge you have current backups; PC Spark is not liable for data loss.
5. Remote Access Consent
You grant PC Spark technicians permission to view, control, and transfer files on your device for the sole purpose of troubleshooting and fixing. You will be asked to authorize a remote session on your computer then that time occurs by entering a code or opening an email link, then consenting and authorizing again for viewing or requesting control of your device.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback after service delivery violates this agreement.
We provide remote-session logs, screen recordings, and these Terms to PayPal or your card issuer as evidence of authorization and work performed.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington,
